“Trisha” came to Metropolitan Management Company in November 1996.  Her initial responsibilities were to assist in the day-to-day property management and leasing of all of the properties in the company's portfolio.  In her primary role as Director of Leasing and Marketing, Trisha negotiates proposals and leases on behalf of Landlords for approximately two million square feet.  She maintains strong Landlord/Tenant communication from the start of the lease process, through opening day and beyond.   She is responsible for creating retail marketing campaigns for the properties.

Trisha was actively involved in the development plan of The Village at Odenton Station, a 400,000 square-foot, mixed use, transit-oriented-development in Odenton Town Center, which Metropolitan Management Company sold to the Dolben Company in 2007.

Trisha has worked with developers, brokers and organizations to advocate industry positions on such matters as zoning, developer impact fees, common area maintenance administration, shopping center security, etc.  Trisha was instrumental in the creation of new legislation for liquor licenses in Anne Arundel County in 2005, greatly benefiting restaurant chains and the growing communities surrounding the state capitol.

Trisha became a partner of Metropolitan Management Company in 2002.
